SitePro Home Inspections is led by Bill Richardson, who are certified by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Bill is also a Certified Master Inspectors® through the Master Inspector Certification Board, a title which is only awarded to qualified inspectors demonstrating the highest level of competency.

Bill Richardson
Bill has been a licensed home inspector since 2011 and has completed over 4000 home inspections throughout the Florida Panhandle. Bill is a military veteran who spent 24 years in the Navy and put himself through college while working for a construction company. He’s well-versed in all phases of residential construction and knows the ins and outs of business. Bill has a special place in his heart for the military, and SitePro is proud to be the PREMIER inspection company preferred by military families in the Florida Panhandle.
